Adventure Safari India, provides private travel and safari booking services. We are not the Forest Department or a government booking portal. These terms apply to enquiries and services arranged through this website.
2. Enquiries and confirmation
Submitting a form or sending a WhatsApp message is an enquiry only. Date, mode, zone and time-slot selections express your preferences. A safari is confirmed only when the permit is issued and confirmation is communicated to you. Do not assume a seat is reserved on the basis of an enquiry or an unconfirmed payment.
3. Prices and payments
Displayed rates are per person or per seat as marked. Before payment, review the written quote for inclusions, permit costs, our facilitation fee where applicable, additional services and the total payable. Hotel pickup and drop are excluded from the displayed Jeep rate. Request the inclusions for Canter bookings. Pay only through payment details verified with our team.
4. Traveller information
Provide accurate names, nationality, ages and required identity details for all travellers. Carry the original identity document used for the permit. Incorrect or mismatched information may affect entry and may not be amendable after issue; ask about corrections before payment.
5. Park operations and wildlife
Safari timings, routes, zones and operations depend on the authorities and may change because of weather, safety or operational instructions. Follow the guide and driver’s instructions. Wildlife sightings, including tigers, cannot be guaranteed.
6. Changes and cancellation
Cancellation and amendment conditions depend on the permit and services in your booking. Review the written conditions before payment and our Cancellation Policy. A preferred replacement date or zone cannot be assumed to be available.
