We are a private tour operator and we take bookings for a safari in Ranthambore, hotels near and around Ranthambore. We also give various tour packages so that our guests can have a nice time in Ranthambore. If you are using our website then you are agreeing to all terms and conditions that are listed here.

Ranthambore Safari Booking Terms and Conditions

• 

  Daily Tour and Travel accepts Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal, and Direct Deposit as payment methods. Please make the payments only to the company's accounts.

• 

  If you want to confirm the booking then you have to pay the whole amount in advance. However, you can secure the booking by paying a 50% advance. The remaining 50% will be settled upon arrival or at the start of the tour.

• 

  If there are any increases in permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges after booking, the additional cost will be charged to you.

• 

  Please make sure to fill in the correct age and details of passengers when filling in the safari form to avoid penalties during travel.

• 

  Any changes in government taxes, safari fees, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date.

• 

  We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary and safari plans as required by operational or other circumstances.

• 

  If you forget your permits or ID proofs and your safaris get canceled then we will not be responsible for it.

• 

  Safari bookings are not transferable and they cannot be exchanged.

• 

  Carrying original ID when coming for a safari is mandatory.

• 

  Travelers are requested to make the bookings 90 days in advance of their travel dates so that they can get their preferred zone, preferred safari type and they can enjoy it at the time that they want.

• 

  Safari permits are issued based on availability and first come, first serve basis.

In the case of Current/ Tatkal Booking

• Tatkal Booking requests need to be submitted at least one day in advance.
• There is no guarantee of confirmation for current bookings.
• When you’re making current or Tatkal bookings then any safari zone from 1 to 10 can get assigned. Requests for specific zones are not guaranteed, but we will try to meet preferences.

In the case of Hotel Booking

• Base category rooms will be provided in all hotels.
• If you need an upgrade then it will cost extra. You have to pay that directly to the hotel.
• The check-in time of the hotels that we provide is at 12:00 noon and check-out will be at 11:00 AM.
• If rooms are unavailable in the specified hotel, then we will provide a similar standard room in another hotel.
• If you have booked accommodation for 3 people then an extra mattress will be provided.
• The company is not liable for accidents, loss/theft, or damage to luggage.
• Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, etc., will be communicated via email or phone before the travel date.
