Mode of payment
Our website is secure and user-friendly. We allow the travelers to make the payments without any security issues. Travelers can make payments through
Online Transfers – Pay directly via net banking for a hassle-free transaction.
Debit or Credit Cards – Use your Visa or MasterCard for easy payment.
PayPal – Quick and secure payment for international guests.
Direct Deposit – Transfer directly to our bank account.
Please note that if you make the payments in our accounts through a credit card, any applicable bank charges will be added to the total amount and you have to pay them at the same.
Policy Regarding Cancellation/ No Show / Early Departure:
Our company understands that plans can change. But we need you to inform us in writing if you want to cancel or postpone your tour/travel for unavoidable reasons. Please note that our cancellation process is simple and transparent and it will apply after receiving your written notification. Here’s our standard policy:
- 30+ Days Before Arrival: 10% of the total cost will be charged.
- 15 to 29 Days Before Arrival: 30% of the total cost will be charged.
- 7 to 14 Days Before Arrival: 40% of the total cost will be charged.
- 2 to 6 Days Before Arrival: 50% of the total cost will be charged.
- Less than 48 Hours or No Show: Unfortunately, no refund will be issued.
Peak Season Cancellation
Bookings during peak seasons (Holi, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year) are subject to separate cancellation terms, which will be communicated as and when needed.
Important Note
If your safari is not booked due to a technical error or unavailability of seats then we will be responsible for refunding the full amount to your bank account.
Our Liabilities and Limitations
Our company aims to give the best and most memorable experience at the written prices. If the government increases the prices of permit fees, taxes, fuel costs, museums, or guide charges then we will communicate them in advance. You have to pay extra for that.
Other Cancellations
Hotels and forest lodges may have unique cancellation policies which will be communicated if relevant. Any changes in government taxes, hotel charges, safari fees, etc., will be communicated by email or phone before your travel date to keep you fully informed.
Non Refundable
Force Majeure events, strikes, festivals, weather conditions, overbooking of hotels, or entry restrictions at visitation sites may occur. While we will try to arrange suitable alternatives, we are not liable for refunds or compensation claims arising from these situations.
Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
